FAQ
Why sandwiched bottom stainless steel cookware? Since 18/10 stainless steel itself is not a good heat conductor, in order to avoid hot spot from heat sourcing, we add aluminium or copper plate to the base for more even heat distribution. |
What is the time to make molds? 40 to 45 days |
Can we use different handles for different products? Provided they have the same product shape and the matching radius, you can. |
Can the inner polishing quality meet the European standard? Referring to the European Samples and the current wax used in factory, we can definitely reach the European quality level. |
What is the advantage of slamming of brazing? In slamming process, aluminum and stainless steel sheet are heated up to 400 -500°C and pressed under huge forces enabling the aluminum material to integrate with the small pores on the steel surface creating an almost 100% bonded area. There won't be any medium between due to such a large bonded area, and also both its heat conduction and bonding strength are superior to the brazed ones. |
What is the advantage of an encapsulated base? It looks nicer and there is no corrosion on the aluminium, caused by aggressive detergents. |
How to clean stainless steel products? The exterior of the copper pot is a true pleasure when it's brightly cleaned. We provide professional stainless steel cleanser. Talk with our sales. Let us help you maintain the forever beauty of your beloved Linkfair S/S cookwares. |
